What I believe
The faith that holds
this practice.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. The coaching I offer is not neutral — it is shaped, top to bottom, by the conviction that the gospel is true and that the Lord is at work in every life He has touched.
I hold to the historic Christian faith as expressed in the Apostles’ and Nicene creeds: one God in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; the full divinity and humanity of Jesus Christ; His death, resurrection, and reign; the inspiration and authority of the Scriptures; the indwelling and ongoing work of the Holy Spirit; and the hope of the resurrection of the body and the life of the world to come.
I believe that every woman who walks into this practice is made in the image of God, deeply loved, and worth the slow work of being seen. I believe that the Word is alive, that prayer changes things, and that healing is something the Lord does in us, often through the patient companionship of one another.
I work across denominational lines and welcome women from Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, evangelical, and charismatic backgrounds. I do not require shared theology on secondary matters in order for us to walk together well — only honesty, and a willingness to bring the Lord into the room.
Soli Deo gloria.
